Melbourne's most exciting, fully immersive haunt experience is back this Halloween and it's bigger than ever with three haunted house experiences to choose from; Trick or Treat Manor, The Doll Factory and Blood Manor!
Taking place on the grounds of St Kilda Town Hall over five terrifyingly fun-filled days (27th -31st October 2017), the 5th annual Spooktober Halloween Festival is set to be Melbourne's best family event this Halloween with the Wizz Fizz Trick or Treat Trail, cackle-worthy games and activities, delicious food courtesy of the Cluster Truck Food Truck Park and Drunken Pumpkin Bar, the Wizz Fizz Trick or Treat Trail, and 3 Haunted House experiences to choose from.
Trick or Treat Manor is ideal for ages 5 and up. However, if you're not a fan of dark hallways and dimly lit rooms, Count Carlisle will understand if you decline his invitation to join him. Instead, you can follow the ultimate Trick or Treat Trail around the Town Hall grounds. Once again, this year's event is sponsored by WIZZ FIZZ and there will be several Trick or Treat stations stocked with WIZZ FIZZ confectionary which is complimentary for all children on the grounds. BYO your Trick or Treat bag, or donate a gold coin to grab a bag at the festival and know you're helping to raise funds for children's health through the Murdoch Children's Research Institute.
And if you dare – enter one of the freakiest haunted house experiences Melbourne has on offer. As night falls the scares get bigger - Blood Manor (not for weak stomachs or faint hearts), or the Doll Factory (looking for the ultimate scare). Enjoy a terrifying tour, with live actors, special effects and life-like props that are sure to have your heart racing!
Enjoy Halloween inspired games and activities. Dress up in your scariest Halloween costume to enter Count Carlisle's contest, or to blend in with the other creatures of the night lurking around. Refuel your fear at the Cluster Truck Food Truck Park or calm your nerves at the adults only Drunken Pumpkin Bar.
Halloween dress-up is highly encouraged as the spooktacular Count Carlisle will be handing out prizes to the most scarily dressed Trick or Treaters.
Entry to the grounds and Trick or Treat Trail is FREE, while tickets need be purchased for The Spooktober Haunted House tour experiences including The Trick or Treat Manor (family friendly), The Doll Factory, an abandoned doll factory and the blood-curdling Blood Manor.
