One of the few places in Bali to do blonde well!

So you have a holiday coming up. Everything is in place right.
You have everything packed and you're bikini ready body - well as much as possible?

Bikinis - tick, Clothing - tick, toiletries - tick, camera- tick, well you get the idea!

But so much of a holiday is spent preparing for the event - what if all those essential things were done whilst you were on the holiday, at prices much cheaper than back home? Think of it as an indulgent make over of a holiday, rather than a whirlwind before you sit on a beach.

A new style of holiday is emerging!



Many people are now travelling overseas to get cosmetic treatments, teeth whitening and denture work done whilst away as it is so much cheaper, but if you're a bit like me, it still frightening to have major work done outside of the safety of western treatments, so that's not really what I am covering here.

More to the point here are the little things, the ones that take your time but are actually reasonably pleasant to have done and may be considerably cheaper than back home.

Whilst the men are in the bars or watching the footy, perhaps have a girl's day out and get pampered or if you happen to be a wonderful Metro man, come along too and be indulged.

Begin with your nails, massage, facial, full manicures and pedicures, then move on to your hair?

Yes, many places in Bali will cut and colour darker hair, but blonde has always been a little out of the ordinary.

Now there is a place which is known to most of the blonde ex-pats that I wish to share with you: it is "Spoiled".

They will welcome you in, make a great coffee or tea, treat you like royalty and do a great "do" for you at the same time.



Men, Women and Children are most welcome and if you are having a special event or a wedding, their talented staff are on hand to create an amazing hairstyle for you also.

My little one was a bit bored waiting for me, the staff weren't too busy and the men created a fun hairstyle for her whilst she was waiting or me - lots of fun! She felt like a princess.



They arent rock bottom cheap, a full head of foils, cut and colour can cost around AUD$170, but it is generally cheaper than most hair colours in Australia and if you are living in Bali - one of the only options on the island for good blonde!

Spoiled is located near Seminyak, in the trendy Umalas area.

To get there from the Seminyak area, head north on Jl Raya Kerobokan until you reach the petrol station and traffic lights at the Petitenget junction. Stay on the main road and go straight on at the traffic lights. After about 400 metres take the first turning on the left.
Follow the road straight on to Jl Umalas II, down the hill into Umalas village. Continue through the village until the crossroad, you will see Spoiled on your right hand side on the corner. There is a car parking area in front of the salon
