Free Water Play, Fantastic Playground
With the fabulous weather we have been having, why not head out to the Splash 'n' Play Water Park at Providence, South Ripley? With water play areas, an impressive adventure playground and several sheltered picnic areas, this venue offers enjoyment for all members of the family. There is even an onsite cafe with a generous decking area overlooking the parklands.

There are two adjoining water play areas, both sheltered by material sails. A section suitable for babies and toddlers features trickling water, a winding "river,"sprayers and fountains. A second water play area for older children includes larger fountains and an array of interactive sprayers. A collection of deck chairs bordering this area provides opportunities for parents and carers to supervise in a relaxed setting.

The playground is locally renowned for its large skytower, elevated skywalk and slides. The skywalk is accessed by climbing netted ladders or spiderweb-like structures. Due to the level of skill required and overall height, this playground is most suitable for children over the age of 5 years.

A designated area for younger children features a spinner, swings, seesaw and smaller climbing structures.

Numerous sheltered areas, barbeques and open grassy spaces allow families to extend their visit by enjoying a picnic or ice-cream from the cafe. Alternatively, families may wish to gather on the cafe deck to purchase light meals or drinks.

A toilet block with handicapped facilities and two car parking areas increase accessibility for all visitors.
