Twenty-three years after its initial release, the Playhouse at Sydney Opera House will be screening Spirited Away at 11.15 on the 30th of November. Spirited Away is one of cinema’s most celebrated animated films, and an Academy Award Winner. It was first released in 2001, and won an Academy Award. The film is in Japanese, and English subtitles, and is aimed at families, as it is rated PG.

Come and enjoy a magical fantasy world, and join Chihiro as she discovers a secret world filled with spirits, creatures and magic…and when her parents are transformed into something else, Chihiro calls on all her courage to save herself and her family, so they can come back to the outside world.

Tickets will cost $30 for a standard ticket, $26 for a concession ticket, and $18 for under-18s. If you want a ticket and a drink, it will cost $39 for a standard ticket.
