, together with the Adelaide Symphony Orchestra, will once again stun audiences at Adelaide Festival's opening night concert on Friday the 3rd of March 2023. This uniquely modern Australian song cycle features a choir of Aboriginal and Torres Strait teenage singers. They sing in both English and Yindjibarndi, introducing a new pop-choir genre with their lush vocals.



Conducted by Aaron Wyatt, the unique show will bring together this award-winning all-female ensemble Marliya, the music of Felix Riebl and Ollie McGill and the choreography of Deborah Brown. Powerhouse singer-songwriter Emma Donovan will also be joining in on the night.



The event will kick off at 7:30pm at Elder Park on King William Street in the city. Tickets are not required. Do bring your own camping chairs and picnic blankets, but please leave all alcohol at home. More information can be found on the Adelaide Festival website.
