The party has returned
Once again the Spiegeltent has returned to Canberra for 21 days of world class entertainment with 13 new shows. The Spiegeltent offers a unique world of circus, comedy, cabaret and music inside the big tent!



LIFE

From the creators of last years wonderfully funny BLANC de BLANCE comes Life the show. This show includes elements of circus, cabaret and music, all mixed into a cocktail of enjoyment!

Elixir feat Katie Noonan:Gratitude & Grief

Singer and songwriter Katie Noonan returns to the stage with the award-winning jazz trio Elixir for a night of music and poetry. The jazz trio seeks to explore the relationship between sound and text while celebrating great Australian poetry.

Seayounce

As a dragtastic clairvoyant, Seayonce will conjure tales of sordid pasts, and bleak futures and also summon celebs from the spirit world. Making for a night full of cabaret and character comedy!

Mick Harvey: Intoxicated Man - The Songs of Serge Gainsbourg

Guitarist, producer, band member, soundtrack composer and award-winning instrumentalist Mick Harvey is bringing the songs of Serge Gainsbourg to the tent. Mick Harvey will be performing from the French singer's four albums, who was known for his clever wordplay which he used to hoodwink the listener.

Carlotta: Queen of the cross

Carlotta is a well-known cabaret performer who has been performing for over 50 years and is the inspiration for Priscilla Queen of the Dessert. In the Spiegeltent, Carlotta takes the audience on a whirlwind tour of the songs and stories for the last 50 years both on and off the stage.

Mojo Juju: Native Tongue

Mojo Juju's third studio album is raw, honest, emotional and intrinsically political. In this third album, she has decided to just be the story, through telling her family's history, as well as, her own personal experiences.

Archie Roach

In the early '90s, Archie Roach debuted his ARIA winning albums, Charcoal Lane. Thirty years later, Archie Roach's career is still continuing and he continues to be recognised both nationally and internationally. At the Spiegeltent, Archie will be performing from his new box set.

Emma Pask

Award-winning Jazz vocalist Emma Pask will leave the audience of the Spiegeltent spellbound. She will be interweaving storytelling through classic jazz pieces, upbeat Latin rhythms, tender ballads and of course blues.

Craig Hill

Join Craig Hill for his stand-up comedy show in the Spiegeltent, centring around the world of sport!

Paul McDermott & Steven Gates

Leave the hustle and bustle behind as you step into the Spiegeltent and join these two creations as they sing, saunter, cavort and harmonise. They look forward to impressing the audience with their nightmare of wonder!

Djuki Mala

This indigenous dance company is telling the story of Djuki Mala through traditional dance, pop culture and storytelling. They are taking their culture out of the history books and bringing it to the stage with a bit of circus and bling.

Osher Gunsberg: Back, after the break LIVE

For one night only, Osher Gunsberg is hosting an intimate evening where he will be unveiling stories from his new memoir. He will be delving into stories of growing up as well as his early days of radios, Channel [V] and Australian Idol.

Peter Helliar: Big Boy Pants

Peter Helliar from The Project thinks this is his best show yet! His humour, quick wit and style will have the audience in stitches.
