Lady Sings it Better & Alison Avron presents 'SPICE: A Singalong' running as part of Adelaide Fringe Festival at Thelma, A Space Called at RAJOPOLIS at Raj House at 8:30pm on Friday 16th February and Saturday 17th February 2018 for two nights only.
Lady Sings it Better are four women who pay tribute to famous musicians, by reinventing them. This years Adelaide Fringe the girls have two shows 'SPICE' paying tribute to the songs that made The Spice Girls famous and 'Its Britney Bitch' paying tribute to Britney Spears. They bring a mix of classical voice training and music theatre chops to create shows that have earned them 5 star reviews and sold out shows in most capital cities across the country.
Current members include Director Maeve Marsden and singers Libby Wood, Annaliese Szota, Fiona Pearson. They are accompanied by a band starring Hayden Barltrop on Piano, Lauren Allison on Drums, Hannah James on Bass. Former Lady Sings it Better members included Phoebe Meredith, Tim Hansen, Joe Twist, Chris Williams, Belinda Crawford, Jenni Little, Monique Potter, Sonia Allan, Tanya Hennessy, Jess Maynard, Fiona Pearson, Lily Donovan, Jono Stephens and Gregory Stevens.
