Conquer the Spartan Beast
The Spartan Beast is exactly that... a gruesome beast in the form of a 21km obstacle course ready to be tackled and torn apart for up to 6 hours of your time in Picton, NSW. Sound like fun?

For those fitness enthusiasts who enjoy the gruelling challenge of running steep inclines and declines, swimming across 50m of cold murky water, wading heavily through smelly swamp like reed infested waterways, carrying 15kg sandbags on your shoulders or dragging 10kg stone blocks by rope up and down uneven terrain then this is the course for you. Not to mention the tunnels, muddy mounds, rope challenges, monkey bars, barbed wire roll and hills, hills, hills. The day is not complete until you are covered in bruises, cuts and plenty of mud. Mud you will still be finding for weeks to come. A much needed outdoor shower and obligatory beer are absolutely welcomed at the end and the 2 hours drive back to Sydney, an opportunity to rest your weary legs.

A challenge worth the effort just for the feeling of achievement once completed. The hardest obstacle course in the world... harder than the 18km Tough Mudder or 10km Valley Stampede.. if you conquer The Spartan Beast you can overcome anything or so they say !!
