Ingredients:
• 500g Heart Smart beef mince
• Uncooked spaghetti
• 2 fresh Roma Tomatoes
• 1 brown onion
• 540g bottle of Woolworths Select Bolognese Pasta Sauce
• 1 teaspoon of Stone Mill Freeze Dried Basil

Method:
• Fill a saucepan (about three quarters) with cold water and put it on one of the hotplates on the stove. Turn the hotplate on a low heat and add spaghetti.
• Add oil to a frying pan on another hotplate. Break up the mince and toss it in. Turn the hotplate on low.
• Dice the tomatoes and onion and add them to the pan with the mince. Mix together.

• Turn both the spaghetti hotplate and the mince hotplate on to a medium heat.
• Keep stirring and cooking the mince mix until all of the meat is brown. Add the teaspoon of basil and mix.
• Add the bottle of Bolognese Pasta Sauce and mix until all of the meat, tomato and onion is covered.
• Turn the mince hotplate down to low to simmer and thicken the sauce.
• Check the spaghetti regularly. Do not let it boil. When the pasta is al dente turn the hotplate off and use a strainer over the kitchen sink to separate the pasta from the water.

Serve:
This meal serves 3-4 people with a regular bowl of pasta (not so much that you feel like you're going to explode). After straining the pasta, distribute it evenly among bowls. Add the saucy mince mix over the top and the meal is ready.
