This Australia Day weekend take your family on a historical Aussie adventure to the South West Rail and Heritage Show and Boyanup and District Farmers Market.
The "True Blue Aussie" will be celebrated at the event at the
South West Rail and Heritage Museum which will run from 10 am to 2 pm on Turner St, Boyanup. Entry is by donation.
Activities at the show include finding and identifying the Aussie made items amongst the vintage agricultural machinery and railway rolling stock on display.
Kids will also love the chance to see the uniquely blacksmith-created dragon on display as well having a chance to name it! The hand-forged beast is the only one in Australia which makes finding a new name all the more special.
Visitors will be able to stop by the Capel Men's Shed to view their projects and there will also be some fantastic children's activities on offer.
Food will be supplied by the Picnic Van which will be serving up some traditional Aussie foods.
**Stock up on Aussie products as well!
