Come along to this craft beer festival
The craft beer paradise returns to the heart of Busselton for 2019.

Mark your diary as The South West Craft Beer Festival is back and it is going to be bigger than ever. Busselton is not too far away from Perth to do it over a weekend and it is such a quaint town with much to offer its visitors.

This year's festival begins on Saturday 16th February 2019 from 11.00 am to 6.00 pm at Signal Park, which is situated right on the picturesque town foreshore. There will be a record number of craft breweries and cideries from the South West region of Western Australia and they will be displaying their ales, pales and everything in between. You will be able to sample these on tap products while having a great deal of fun.

If you are a beer enthusiast, you will be able to take a tasting trip of the region's best craft beer, from Mandurah in the north right through to the south coast of Denmark, and all in the one place!

Frothie lovers will be happy at the incredible range of 130 or so brews on offer from 25 craft breweries and cideries. This will include a diversified selection of special and new release brews showcased in the One Off Tasting Bar.

Some of the attending brewers will also be partnering up with local producers and restaurants from the South West region in order to bring you the best of food that will pair to their brews with perfection.

For those who do not particularly like beer, never fear, you are not forgotten! There will also be heaps of thirst-quenching ciders and an award-winning collection of wines and sparklings. So, there will be something for everyone even if a beer is not your favourite!

When you arrive at the festival, you can buy tokens, and these tokens will be used for purchases at the festival for beer and cider sales.

You can make your bookings at this link, and the cost is from $20 and this fee includes your glass.

There will be live music as well as other entertainment at this festival:

11 am to 11.45 am - Jay le Kat
11.45 am to 12.15 pm - DJ Private Pickle
12.15 pm to 1 pm - Brayden Sibbald
1 pm to 1.30 pm - DJ Private Pickle
1.30 pm to 2.15 pm - The Other 42
2.15 pm to 2.45 pm - DJ Chris Archee
2.45 pm to 3.30 pm - Michael Triscari
3.30 pm to 4 pm - DJ Chris Archee
4 pm to 4.45 pm - Albert Gray
4.45 pm to 5.15 pm - DJ Chris Archee
5.15 pm to 6 pm - Doug & Cletus

Naturally at a function like this food is a very important item. And there will be gourmet food for you to taste and get your fill of.

There will be two styles of food available at this year's festival - solid bites to keep those hunger pangs at bay and gourmet food from the brewers themselves. These bites will, of course, be exactly the right food for each of their beers (or wines).

You can check out the lists of foods that were available at last year's festival at this link and the food will be similar again this year.

Why not make a weekend or a week's holiday around this fabulous area and book your accommodation for a relaxing week.
