Sometimes you can spend a lot of money finding the right type of activity for family. This is why open days are such a great opportunity as you get to try out an activity, see the space, meet the people and have a go – and it won't cost you a cent.



Southern Star Trampoline Academy in O'Connor is a not-for-profit sporting club that promotes trampolining, double mini and tumbling.

After a recent move to new premises, they will hosting a family fun day on Sunday May 22nd so people can try trampolining and see what the club is all about.

Visitors will be able to watch impressive displays from club members who compete at international and national levels, as well as lots of free fun activities for the family such as face painting, live music and circus activities.

There will also be a sausage sizzle and cake stall on the day. Children must be five or older to try the trampolining activities.
