Dine by the sea - back by popular demand
After what seems like a long, cold, wet winter and spring, summer is finally on the way … and so are the South Beach Sunset Markets. The popular food markets reopen at South Beach in South Fremantle on Saturday December 1st 2018. The markets will be open on Saturday evenings from 5pm to 9pm right through until March 2019.

Your favourite food vans will be serving delicacies from all corners of the globe, including dishes from Thailand, India, Mexico, Japan, Malaysia, Morocco, Spain, Greece, Vietnam, Italy and many more countries. Besides the great choice of food, there will be entertainment from local acts and pop up bars. Kids are catered for too with children's entertainment and face painting on the menu.

Food stalls set up on the grass to the north of the South Beach kiosk. You can eat at tables there or sit on the grass or on the beach and watch the sunset over the Indian Ocean as you dine in style.

If you don't want to buy food from the vans you could bring a rug and picnic and enjoy the relaxed vibe by the beach. There's free parking, but it's a very popular event so you might be better to cycle or catch the free Sunset Markets CAT bus which runs until 9pm.
