On Saturday 10 May 2025 from 12.30 pm to 3.30 pm, Garcon Bleu will be hosting the
South Australia's Finest Catch lunch, showcasing South Australia's seafood. This lunch is part of the Tasting Australia festival, held from 2 May 2025 to 11 May 2025.

Starting with freshly shucked South Australian oysters, guests will be treated to a three-course meal that showcases the best produce from South Australia. All the dishes are accompanied by a champagne that best suits it. A Pommery Champagne representative will be present to guide diners through the champagne pairings.
