The young folk at the International Natural Body Building Association (INBA), are building up their muscles as they get set to compete during the next month.

Since the sport has a surprisingly strong cult following, a large turnout is expected at the Norwood Town Hall for the Natural Physique Titles on Sunday October 2.

The competition is spread out into two parts, during both the day and evening. This is to compromise between judging and final selections for the outstanding annual Title.

Given its popularity, the INBA also holds similar tournaments throughout the year with the exception of a short hiatus during the summer.

Although the muscles on some of these men and women alike are definitely the sort to raise eyebrows - the INBA prides it's professionalism on protecting and serving the drug free athlete. Together with its association connected to the Australian Sports Anti-Doping Authority (ASADA) it's a powerful sporting initiative, which is actually done quite tastefully.

An all day pass at the event will give you as much access - or lack of access - as you want. It also gives you lean way to leave and enter the contest as many times as you wish throughout the day.

The event is held at Norwood meaning that it's the perfect opportunity to hop out for a relaxed Sunday lunch down the parade.

Whether you're an avid follower of body building, indifferent, or never really considered it - the INBA's Natural Physique titles are definitely worth checking out.
