Soupa - life is too precious to waste on mediocre lunches

Soupa Hearty - Healthy - Happy

Soupa offer Hearty - Healthy - Happy to all their customers.

I have been picking up my morning coffee from the lovely staff of Soupa for the last year as I walk through the ANZAC Square Arcade from Brisbane Central Train Station and through the city.

Whenever I rock up for my morning Soy Cappuccino I am greeted by the friendly staff who have come to know my 'usual' as well as my name. That small gesture means a lot to me.

The muffins, salads, panini's and soups are all made on site. I love their Banana and Carrot Muffins, but they also offer Date and Oat, and various other healthy flavours. Their in-house biscuits are delicious too and filling.

In the mornings you can pick up a salad, a yoghurt and muesli, soup that you can take to work and heat for lunch. But at lunch time, they serve healthy hot soup right from the pots in front of you.

They source the freshest produce from local farmers, bakers and milk suppliers to ensure that their food comes to as fresh and delicious as possible.

Soups start at $6.00 and they offer small, medium and large bowls.

They have a selection of Gluten Free options which is great for those of us with an intolerance to wheat.

They do corporate catering as well as general public service.

Their experienced baristas make the perfect coffee with delicious Campos Beans, which is one of my favourite beans.

Coffees start at $3.50 and they offer a small, medium or large size. Soy milk is an extra 50 cents but the smooth creaminess is so worth the small cost.

Michelle is the Manager of Soupa and always has a lovely smile for me and many other regular customers. She always seems to have a brief moment to make sure that all of our needs are taken care of and offers excellent customer service.

Soupa Sign on the counter

I read this sign knew that I wanted to share Soupa's hearty, healthy and happy culture with you.

This is what the sign said:
"WELCOME TO SOUPA! Brisbane based dream turned to reality in Anzac Square! We want to serve the freshest, healthiest, tastiest food to you and the best coffee. Thank you for the support; enjoy!"

If you walk through Anzac Square Arcade in Brisbane City during the day, Monday to Friday, make sure you drop by for some delicious foods and great coffee.

The consistent regular customers speak volumes of what this little business has to offer and it certainly delivers, too.

Soupa is the real deal. They do not cut corners. I see them living up to their healthy ethos everyday. They bake muffins, biscuits and bircher every morning, and I see them take pride in making sure that wraps, salads and paninis are put out fresh from their chopping boards for you to enjoy every day too!

Be healthy and check out Soupa.
