The Western Australian Academy of Performing Arts (WAAPA) has announced its next spectacular music performance taking over the WAAPA campus this April.

Held in conjunction with the exhibition Drawn From Sound, this exciting free festival of cutting-edge new music offers the chance to experience all new and experimental acoustic and electronic music performances, installation and audiovisual works.

Curated by lecturer Lindsay Vickery, Sound Spectrum features performances by Aletheia, Certifiable, Ecuatorial 1 and 3 and Shock of the New.

The Western Australian Academy of Performing Arts at Edith Cowan University is recognised as one of the top performing arts schools in the world

Sound Spectrum runs from the 2nd to the 5th April 2013, performances at 7.30pm nightly at the Spectrum Project Space, 2 Bradford Street, Mount Lawley. Tickets are free.
