For those who need time to just breathe mid-week, the Soulful Woman Evening Retreats are the perfect respite.

These mini-retreats are designed to give women the chance to slow down each week through meditation and mindfulness. The retreats are based in the beautiful setting of the WA Ballet Centre in Maylands, which has plenty of free parking and is also close to public transport.

The classes are run by Kelly Hine, who is the owner of Body and Soul Retreats. Kelly has a really warm and welcoming personality and makes each and every participant of her classes feel special.

The classes are also a chance for like-minded women to connect with each other and widen their circle of friends.

This is what is included in a typical class:
Guided meditations to relax, centre and inspire you with renewed clarity.
Soul sessions heart-centered reflection, writing and discussions led by Kelly.
Connect and share with a like-minded circle of women.
Divine aromatherapy oils (you'll also learn about their benefits and how to incorporate them into your self-care ritual).
Delicious organic, feel-good, healthy snacks and organic herbal tea.

The retreats are run on Thursday evenings and the current dates are October 13, 20, 27 and November 10, 17, 24.

The investment is $210 for 6 sessions.
