Soulfest brings music, food and fun to Melbourne

International Events Group (IEG) in collaboration with Channel V and Music Max are hosting Soulfest, Australia's first annual Neo-Soul, Jazz and Hip-Hop Festival on Sunday, 19th October in Melbourne. This one of a kind music festival has been moved to the Sidney Myer Music Bowl due to popular demand and is en route to selling out.

The incredible line-up will feature some of the genres' greatest pioneers such as Maxwell, D'Angelo, Anthony Hamilton, Angie Stone, Leela James, Common, Aloe Blacc, Mos Def and Musiq Soulchild. Also on the bill are locals such as Ngaiire, Nathaniel, Miracle, Ms Murphy and DJ Trey. With over twenty acts by big international names and some of Australia's finest artists, two stages and ten hours of non-stop music, Soulfest promises to be a unique and spectacular music festival.

Music and food will fuse at this festival as the event will feature market stalls, pop-up eateries, themed bars and cafes. Don't go past the New Orleans eateries without trying their authentic soul food. Festival attendees will be entertained by some of the cities' best chefs as they compete in a Chilli Cook-Off to win the first prize for the best chilli.

VIP and Side of Stage tickets have sold out. General admission tickets are available for $139.
