There's also a QiGong workshop that'll explain what it's all about with exercises covered during the workshop being suitable for all ages. QiGong refers to a range of inner cultivation and healing practices. Sponsored by TeaDao, a supplier of world-class seasonal Chinese teas and an educator of the Chinese tea culture, experience Tea Zen, a simple, meditative ritual that can be enjoyed alone or with friends.
