Keeping up with multiple new trends in social media can be daunting. As fast as one new pathway becomes available it morphs into new territory.


Communications are increasingly exchanged in many varied fields of social media. This is a broad term that has many applications. Find out more about how you can make social media work for you, and not against you.

There is a free Expo on this topic. The City Library will host a session entitled Social Media Techxpo on Monday, June 30th from 12 midday until 4pm.

This coincides with World Social Media Day. This is advertised as an afternoon of social media exploration, discussion and fun.


There will be exhibitors showcasing social media technology, as well as a series of talks from #socadl (Social Adelaide) members and other local experts. There will also be a range of exciting social technology exhibitors as well as a range of speakers from Yelp Adelaide, Connecting Up Inc. Adelaide TechGuy and Forward IT.

The session is located in Studio 1 in the City Library, Level 3, Rundle Place, Rundle Mall Enter via Francis Street.
