Make pickles, ferments, preserves and more
On Sunday 5th May from 11am to 12pm and on Saturday 11th May from 12pm to 1pm, the Social Food Project will be showing how to make pickles, ferments, preserves and more at home at the Omega Neil Perry Kitchen at the Prahran Market as part of the Social Food Project's 'Preserve my Harvest' initiative, which is all about minimising food waste and preserving food surplus. The demonstration is free to attend.
