This exclusive and all-inclusive dining experience will be held on Saturday, 23 April 2016 in the stunning Scotchmans' Hill vineyard and each guest will be treated to a sumptuous six-course degustation, prepared by three of Melbourne's favourite chefs:
Jake Kellie, the recipient of the Electrolux Appetite for Excellence Australian young Chef of The Year 2015 and also a finalist for The Age Young Chef of The Year 2015. In 2016 Jake will be joining the team at Victoria's brand new restaurant The Lakeside Mill
Josh Pelham is currently Working with Chef Scott Picket at One Hat Restaurant Estelle and brings his elegant technique and use of ingredients and flavour together, to enable him to contribute to the restaurant's edgy food and effortless style.
Mauro Cellegari has worked with some of Melbourne's most respected chefs such as Marcus Moore at Sofitel, and Raymond Capaldi at Fenix and has taken his international experience, sophistication and flair in the kitchen to create a modern Argentinean menu at The Independent Gembrook.
Each course will be accompanied by expertly matched Scotchman's Hill wines.
With a talented team of chefs and sommeliers as your gastronomic guides, you'll learn more about cuisine and wine creation, and the secret to pairing wines with food.
The 'Delicious. Long Table Lunch in the Vines' experience begins in the Melbourne CBD, with the coach departing at 10am.
At 12pm you'll arrive at Scotchmans' Hill vineyard and served welcome drinks.
Then from 12pm to 3pm, you will enjoy a 6 Course Lunch Menu created by Jake Kellie, Josh Pelham and Mauro Callegari and have the opportunity to explore the winery and cellar door.
The coach will then depart at 3.30pm and arrive in the Melbourne CDB at 5.30pm.
