Rock out and celebrate the last days of summer
Summer is fading fast and this is your chance to spend some cash at a wonderful fundraiser for Gembrook preschool. All the bands of the bush are gathering together to celebrate the end of summer and rock the day away.
There will be food trucks, carnival games, FREE family activities, jumping castles, auctions, raffles and family photography. LJ the Magician will be performing a world record escape. I wonder what death-defying act he will accomplish. Can't wait to find out!
So put this date in your diary, Date: 17 March 2019. Fill your car with petrol, and lock this location into your GPS, Gilwell Park, Swallowfield Road, Gembrook. You have heaps of time to get up and ready because it does not start at a silly hour, but from 10.00am–3.00pm.
The cost is only gold coin entry and small admission for some activities. But there are lots more activities for FREE.
Bring a picnic rug and chairs and enjoy a great day whilst raising money for Gembrook preschool.
Say so long to summer - Gembrook style - at the bands in the bush family day out.
Bush bash means cash as Gembrook is in the hills above Melbourne, so no Eftpos. So break that piggy bank and bring it all along. This is for a great cause. But please leave your favourite puppy at home. It will be too crowded for four-legged friends. Leave them at home with a fresh fat bone; they will never miss you.
Park your picnic rug and save your spot for entertainment
