Have you been feeling stressed lately and in need of a stress reliever? Then, release that steam at Sydney's newest Smash City experience! Break plates and smash up glasses with a baseball bat. Bash TVs with a sledgehammer - be sure not to hold back that frustration and let your inner rage lash out, as old kitchenware becomes a victim of your inner fury.

Opening a couple of months ago, is located in Homebush West and offers a safe and fun environment to smash up old kitchenware, electronics and more. It makes a great weekend activity with friends, a perfect date, a different birthday party experience or the perfect rainy-day activity.

This room of destruction allows you to experience a fun and different activity that allows you to vandalise things without getting arrested! It is also the only smash room in Sydney that provides group bookings and allows 13–17-year-olds (with a guardian(s) present) to smash away.

There is a maximum of four people in a room together, with each person taking turns to smash things. Loud heart-pumping music blasts in the room, almost acting as an encouragement to release that fury with each hit or throw.

The experience is even more dramatic - a plate and texter are given to write down all the negative thoughts, feelings, stresses, or/and hate you have. The plate is almost like a "letting go" symbol.

The experience includes a solo, duo or a group experience with music pumping, baseball bat and sledgehammer weapons, crates of "victims" (kitchenware, electronics etc.) and your inner wrath as you furiously smash things to pieces to your heart's content, and the best things are, no one is going to stop you!

Each booking includes a briefing, safety gear, choice of weapon, crates of smashable items and approx—30 mins in the room to smash away.

Overall, our experience was fun, energetic and enjoyable. The staff were entertaining and lovely to chat with. We cannot wait to be back and smash away again!
