The Slow Fashion Market will be held at Albert Hall in Yarralumla on Saturday, 17th August between 10am and 3pm.
The Slow Fashion Market is a sustainable and ethical fashion market for new clothing so that customers know exactly where their clothing has come from. This market is part of a global movement calling for greater transparency, sustainability and ethics in the fashion industry.
There will be over 30 stallholders who produce and sell women's, men's and children's fashion and accessories and all of them use materials that are sustainable and non-toxic, and who either make the fashion themselves or pay their workers' fair wages.
See the Slow Fashion Market website for details. Entry is $2.
