Slidestreet is Coming to Perth

Enjoy a good old slip'n'slide? Ever run a tarp down a slope for some mattress surfing?

Nothing you've experienced will prepare you for Slidestreet, the ride that takes it one step further.

In May, Bristol hosted a waterside that was 90 metres long. We're more than tripling it. Because we're Australian.

On Sunday the 14th of December, St Georges terrace will be turned into a 315 metre waterslide.

It's already making waves on social media, and you can guarantee that'll all of Perth will be there on the big day. Tickets are only $15 and include inflatable's (who would slide without?). It'll be a refreshing, adrenalin filled day and the perfect way to kick off a killer summer.

Not only is it awesome for the sliders- spectators can expect to be entertained with the Slidestreet website promising 'a pop up bar, food trucks, refreshing icy summer treats, DJs and much more' to keep the crowds entertained all day.

It's a-one-day-only event, and it's certainly not a thing you'll want to miss- don't forget to add it to your to-do list!

Parking will be VERY limited, so I advise you take public transport- you won't be the only one in boardies.
