Adelaidians - how often do you get the chance to be a kid again and launch yourself down a 315m slippery slide? We can already here the fierce keyboard taps and clicks to get your tickets. This isn't any backyard tarpaulin, this is a once in a lifetime opportunity with first release passes starting at just $15 for one slide.

If you feel like bringing out the big bucks, you can pay for 'da boss' ticket: $99 worth of free slides all day from 1-7pm on a dedicated express lane. If you have cool parents, 'da boss' family tickets are also available for 2 adults and 2 childen for $335.

What we like about this event is not only the fun side of things, but also the environmental effects. Slidestreet has taken careful consideration to implement a water reuse and repurpose strategy for each event. This will ensure that throughout the day, only the equivalent of 300 showers worth of water will be used and at the end of the day this water will be stored, treated and reused for another purpose such as dust suppression and irrigation for local councils.
