Nights out in town for me usually include (or end up) at Skycity Casino. Why? Because there's so much to do, all of the time. It's a place where you can win (or lose) a fortune. It's a place where you can unwind with a drink or two. It's a place where you can take your partner for a European-inspired, bistro dining experience. Sports fan? Grab a beer and a schnitzel and watch the game on one of their big screens. Those looking to kick off their night can enjoy the live music and great drink specials upstairs. Starting to sound good? Let's have a closer look.

If you end up at the casino, odds are you intend to have a gamble (no pun intended). Skycity has you covered, with so many gaming options you won't know where to place your first chip. Old favourites like baccarat, blackjack, roulette, and poker are ready and willing to take your hard-earned cash. Blackjack Switch, Casino War, and Rapid Roulette put a fun twist on old favourites, and the Big Wheel will have you jumping around like a maniac if your number comes up. If you're more inclined to lose your money at a slower pace, there are almost 1000 colourful slot machines that will gladly accommodate you. For those committed to winning the jackpot, Skycity offers a rewards card, where regular gaming rewards you with food, beverage, and cash vouchers. What have you got to lose, really?

Restaurants & Bars

Skycity has a bunch of wining & dining options to suit all ages and tastes. If you're after a fancy sit-down meal, their signature restaurant North offers a quality dining experience in a relaxed setting. If you'd prefer something a little easier on the hip pocket, the Casino Buffet and Cafe Junction offer delicious, Aussie-style meals that will satisfy any budget. There's no shortage of bars at Skycity, for those looking to loosen up or erase their memory. Express Bar is located just off the gaming floor, so you can grab a drink without missing a spin of the Big Wheel. Upstairs, the Balcony Bar offers a more relaxed environment where people can sit back and sip on a cocktail from their extensive menu. LOCO is the place to be on a saturday night, it's got a funky atmosphere and friendly bar staff. It's the perfect place to kick off your night at Skycity.

If gambling isn't really your thing, it doesn't mean you can't have a great time at Adelaide Casino. There's tons of live entertainment, including solo vocalists, jazz fusion pianists, contemporary rock, reggae, and plenty more. The live shows usually start from 6pm each night, so grab a cocktail at the Chandelier bar downstairs and get those feet tapping. The Balcony Bar, open Wednesday to Saturday, has some of Adelaide's best party bands and DJs.

So whether you're keen for a punt or simply after a classy night out, Skycity Adelaide has a little something for everyone. Just don't bring the checkbook.
