The is at the JPMorgan Chase Tower at 600 Travis Street Houston. The tower is a mesh of grey granite, glass, and stainless steel, and fills the city block between Capitol, Texas, Travis, and Milam Streets. It was built between 1978 and 1982.

There is a sky lobby on the 60th floor that acts as a transfer point for those travelling to the top floors (the building is 75 stories tall). It is open from 8am to 5pm on weekdays, and is free. Large glass windows give spectacular views to the South and West, and the observation deck is rarely crowded.

The tower also connects to the North Travis tunnel which is part of the underground system in Houston which includes stores, cafes, restaurants, and pubs. It is a great way to escape the heat of the day, and navigate your way through Downtown.
