Cleveland Air Magic's world champion skippers are presenting, Skipperella in three great shows at the Redlands Memorial Hall (Cleveland Community Hall), 44 Smith Street, Cleveland on:

Saturday, 1 November at 6.30pm
Friday, 7 November at 6.30pm
Sunday, 9 November at 2.00pm

Cost of tickets are; Adults $15; Children $10 (3-15); and Seniors $10.

The show is a hilarious and entertaining new take on the Cinderella fairy tale and will have you in stitches – the kind of stiches you get from laughing too much as well as the kind you get from exercising. Watching these kids do their stuff will amaze and exhaust you!

Follow the rhymes making up the show as the kids perform with unbelievable energy as they skip, dance and sing their way through the program. This is an exciting, colourful and funny show the whole family can enjoy.

You will witness how poor Skipperella is forced to endure life with her ugly stepsisters and wicked stepmum who, of course, are all very mean and spiteful. But, then marvel at how goodness and kindness will always prevail as all the lovely ladybirds, frogs, ragamuffins, mice and bugs help Skipperella retain her goodness as she progresses on her life's journey.

The show follows the adventures Skipperella has as she searches for her 'Prince Charming'. You will be amazed as you watch the story unfold at some of the characters who bob up and help her along the way. There's Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs, Belle, Alice in Wonderland, Elsa and Anna from Frozen, Pocahontas, Jasmin and Ariel – I did say it's a new take on Cinderella!

Does Skipperella find her 'Prince Charming'? You'll need to come along and find out.

This show is the latest step along the way of a real local success story. Cleveland Air Magic was started in March, 1998 when Carolyn Barker, a teacher at the Cleveland State School, wanted to give the kids something to do in their lunch hour. She got them skipping and those kids became the foundation of the most successful skipping club in Australia and currently, in the world. If it was not so modest the Club could boast of its many current and former world champions in its membership.

The supporting cast consists of other senior world record holders and members of Australia's premier rope skipping club.
