It's Friday night and you're looking for something different to do in Brisbane. Well, have you heard of the BackDock Arts Independent Theatre? This is a super cool little venue, hidden away in the back alley of Brunswick Street, Fortitude Valley.



In case you haven't heard of it, the BackDock Arts is a performance arts theatre that gives artists the chance to showcase their art to all of Brisbane. Run by creatives, for creatives, BackDock Arts is the bridge between emerging artists and professional venues.



This creative space is adorned with unique wall art, a dimly lit bar and a super chilled outdoor area. After getting your drink from the back of the theatre, you can take a seat on what used to be a bus seat, kick back and enjoy the show.



This weekend, BackDock Arts are hosting a sketch comedy show, Servo Pie, Half Baked. This comedy trio are debuting their full length sketch show this week, which is guaranteed to make you laugh! The trio are best sellers of the Brisbane Funny Fest and are well known for their youthful and often dark style of humour. Over the past 2 years of performing comedy, they have entertained crowds of all demographics and continue to do so with their new show.
