Rooftop Bar & Brisbane City Views
Groovy and laidback best describes the world as you settle on a lofty barstool perched high at Sixteen Antlers leafy rooftop bar at Brisbane's Pullman & Mercure Hotel. With Brisbane City Hall's clocktower cosying up to you as your imposing date for the evening, it is very easy to cast your days worries over the glass balustrade and watch them settle down below at King George Square.
Our night started with dinner and a local show, but wanting to enjoy the Brisbane skyline with a craft beer, an exotic cocktail and a late night bar snack, the nearby Sixteen Antlers Rooftop Bar was the perfect choice.
Settling for the aptly named 21st Century was an excellent call as it was lemon and gin, refreshing like a summer night. To end the evening the choice was obvious – Dark Night introducing Espresso with Crème de Cacao. I happily settled for a couple of craft beers from the James Squires range. Check out the drinks menu for your favourite.
To complement our drinks and settle our hunger craving the Mini Brioche sliders sounded and was mouth-watering especially teamed with hand cut fries. Their online menu has a full list of what's available.
Sixteen Antlers is open Tuesday to Saturday from mid-afternoon until late and is perched up on Level 16 atop the Pullman & Mercure Brisbane overlooking King George Square, on the corner of Ann and Roma Streets.
