Bring Our Artistic Flair To The Fore
Be creative - Image: Pixabay CCO Public Domain
I'm sure we all have a creative side, perhaps, like me, it's lurking somewhere in the background, like a sleeping dragon waiting to be awakened. So, what better way to bring our artistic flair to the fore, than by doing a workshop or two. There's nothing quite like being creative and having something to 'show 'n tell' for our efforts.
We all need a touch of glamour and pizzazz in our lives. In the Touch of Gold workshop you will be using chalk paint and gold leaf to up-cycle an ornate picture frame or mirror. You will learn how to handle and apply gold leaf in two different ways for two different looks and to use chalk paint on varied surfaces. Bring along a a large old book and turn it into a work of art, worthy of being put back on the book shelf.
