The height of luxury and decadence for Easter

Sisko Chocolate was established in 2009 by Christina Tantsis, whose team handcrafts chocolate flowers and sculptures and is renowned for luxury chocolates.

For a one-off Easter event, Sisko has joined with Sofitel Pastry Chef, David Hann, to bring on the ultimate Highest Easter High Tea experience.

The venue is stunning. No 35. is 150 metres above the "Paris end of Collins Street" on top of the famous Sofitel on Collins.

Which is why this can be truthfully touted as the highest of high teas.

Imagine the Sisko Hot Chocolate experience through a Lace Chocolate Egg and homemade marshmallows. Watch it melt and then sip in the rich taste and scent of exquisite chocolate. These are served with strawberry preserve, lemon curd and vanilla cream.

In this Easter parade of treats, there is also layered coconut buttercream pandan with chocolate flowers and white chocolate mousse, carrot wafer cones with orange, white chocolate egg with salted caramel crumbs vanilla and mango mousse.

Have you ever tried ash pavlova with raspberry caramel and chocolate? Or how about chocolate and berry mousse with caramel stable?

There are some incredible savoury items including roast beef, green tomato and horseradish wrap; cucumber and cream cheese sandwiches along with free range egg, mayonnaise and chervil; pulled chicken with Asian slaw and pickled red onion; Tasmanian smoked salmon with sour cream and chives; mushroom quiche; sweet potato and cashew nut empanada with spicy red capsicum relish; chicken and sweetcorn blanquette; and mini Moroccan lamb pies.

Oh, and the delights continue as the event is buffet style and includes a French Couverture chocolate fountain and free-flowing sparkling or Champagne options.

To top it off, you are on top of the world and privy to arguably Melbourne's most enviable views.
