Being one of Marina Bay's latest and hottest dining and lifestyle destination, Monti At 1- Pavilion offers modern Italian cuisine, jazz-inspired cocktails, entertainment by fine jazz musicians, and amazing view of Marina Bay and the city district.

Here are five reasons to celebrate National Day Parade at this multi-concept space:

1. Witness the best display of National Day's Fireworks
The fireworks are best enjoyed from Monti's rooftop bar where guests can view the grandest of the fireworks display. Alternatively it can be viewed from the al-fresco seating next to the dining hall. The fireworks will commence around 8pm on 9th August.



2. Savor the delicious National Day Celebratory Menu
To commemorate Singapore's 52 years of independence, diners have a chance to sample a specially curated menu featuring a choice of five-course or six-course set menu inclusive of two glasses of champagne.

The menu also features cocktails inspired by zesty local flavours, along with champagne and Monti's original list of jazzy cocktails, all created by Monti's resident mixologist, Joseph T. Millar. The price is from $188 to $228 per person and is available from now until 9th August. For children, it is $68 per set.



Monti also caters to the vegetarians with a special five course menu for $188, and a Special Premium Platter is available for $150.

3. Get to view the State Flag Flypast and the 21-Gun Presidential Gun Salute
Don't miss the State Flag Flypast flown by a Republic of Singapore Air Force's Chinook helicopter escorted by two AH-64D Apache helicopters.

Four 25-pounder howitzer guns on board the Mobility 3rd Generation (M3G) military raft will fire 21 times in salute to the President as a military honor. The M3G raft is formed by five amphibious vehicles, which link up to form a raft in the water. Come early to watch these around 6pm to 6.30pm!



4. Enjoy special Kampong Boy Cocktails
This specially created cocktail for National Day has lemongrass, kaffir lime leaf, rum, tequila, triple sec, grapefruit, and passionfruit. It is also to showcase cultural diversity celebrated in this nation. The drink is available at $24.

A package of $52 per person including 1 glass of housepour, wine, spirit or beer, and 1 NDP Kampong Boy cocktail will be offered for walk-in guests.



5. Be entertained by local songstress Beverly Morata
Spend a late night of live jazz at Monti with Singapore Idol alumna, Beverly Morata, belting out some familiar tunes.
