Singapore Cocktail Festival is finally here. Visit the Asia's largest celebration of cocktails at Festival Village from now to 19 March 2017 and at many more top cocktail bars until 21 March.
The festival is held at 99 Beach Road occupying 5,000 square meter Festival Village. It is free entry for all. Cocktail lovers can explore and immerse themselves in the best cocktail experiences from around the world. Plenty to choose from, with 45 participating cocktail bars including those ranked on Asia's 50 Best Bars list.
What's more? Guest bartenders from New York to Kuala Lumpur are making their appearances in this city state. Visitors don't have to travel overseas to catch international stalwarts in action, such as Alex Kratena, former Head Bartender of Artesian in London, Lester Ligon of ABV, Matt Whiley of Peg Patriot in London and Naren Young of Dante in New York. Look out for Head Bartenders of ABV in Manila, Alice in Seoul, Bar Benfiddich in Tokyo, Omakase Appreciate in Kuala Lumpur, Q&A in Bangkok, The Pontiac in Hong Kong and Woo Taipei in Taipei. Catch them in Asia Bar Battle.
Visitors could visit Singapore's Next Top Cocktail and order a drink at $12 per glass. Vote for one of these: Kopi Ol' Fashioned by Crackerjack, Shiok Collins by Mitzo, Leo's Flip by Nutmeg & Clove, and Lion City Sour by 28 Hong Kong Street.
Explore 9 themed cocktails rooms in Block B and C of the former police station. Visitors can have a video taken acting as a mixologist at
Snow Leopard . Meet
Bol's Dutch bartender or visit Dreams by Monkey Shoulders, Hendrick's and Reyka exploring a different experience with a VR. Visitors can have a haircut at Cuts & Booze, view image in Room of Illusions curated by kult, or shake off .
International spirit brands are located at Room A2. Try one of these activities: sample yummy cheese and pure milk vodka from
Black Cow , Brazilian's sugarcane spirit from
Maracatu , Sichuan Pepper Gin from
Paper Lantern , and others.

Get food and beverages at Food Street. Try Ghost Kimchi: Not for The Faint Hearted and Pulled Slider curated by Chef Stephan for Steamroom with Pillar and Stones. Wagyu Beef Tortilla (Tiger's Milk) and Truffle Fries (The Disgruntled Brasserie) are suitable for kids' consumption. The Disgruntled Brasserie offers Smelt Fish & Shredded Hash, a dish where smelt fishes are soft yet tasty in the mouth accompanied by crispy hash.
