If you're into veggies, then you should be into Simon Bryant . Adelaide chef and co-star of the Cook and the Chef with Maggie Beer has recently released a cookbook simply entitled Veggies. On December 14th Simon will be at the Adelaide City Oxfam store on Charles Street Plaza having a bit of a chat and signing copies of his new book.



Many people are probably familiar with Simon, but not all know he's actually a vegetarian, so putting together a veggie filled cookbook seems like a natural step. He's a big supporter of ethical eating, which runs through his cooking and his eating.

As a chef who cooks with meat, Simon offers an interesting perspective, and anyone who is interested in food, vegetarianism, or ethical eating should jump at the chance to have a chat with him.

Bryant's partnership with Oxfam is a natural one, considering he's been a supporter of the fair trade movement for many years.



Simon's new book Veggies will be available to purchase in store for $39.95, you'll then be able to get it signed. It comes just in time for Christmas, and could make a great Christmas present for a food loving friend, or for yourself.
