in Silvertop St is quite near Browns Plains Shopping Centre. When you have become frazzled from doing the shopping, stop here - with or without the kids - for a nature reboot.



This is a really pretty park with good facilities. There are 3 picnic shelters, an electric barbeque, a drinking fountain, lots of mature shady trees and long concrete paths for bike or scooter riding.



The large interesting playground is well shaded by colourful sails.



The park is worth visiting for the artwork on the buildings backing onto the park. It is magnificent. Huge expanses of what I suspect were previously rather unattractive industrial buildings are now works of art.





The pergola is also surrounded by a low wall which is also beautifully painted. This is designated as the Wedding Area and would be a lovely spot for photos of any kind.



Even if you don't live close by I recommend a visit. It is just gorgeous.
