The is instantly likable. The shiny 1964 Airstream Caravan has been fitted out to serve up the best coffee, Chai and Turkish inspired soul food on the road. Keep track of the easily recognizable mobile van via Facebook , as they move around local Byron Bay regional festivals, such as the upcoming Blues Festival.



For now, as you wander along Belongil Beach (immediately north of Byron Bay), be sure to stop in for an idyllic beach side breakfast. The "Silver Surfie $10 Special" proved a hit for us (and many others it seemed) and it was a holiday highlight sitting, looking out to the sea early in the morning with a Segafredo coffee and Turkish wrap made with love. They serve up excellent vegan and vegetarian toasties and a wide range of thirst quenching cold drinks. The staff are super kind and helpful, so be sure to follow this travelling wonder and definitely stop by for a coffee if it crosses your path.
