Alice: "Are your meditation sessions affiliated with any kind of religion?"
Richard: "No. The meditations I teach are part of my soul contract. My aim is to help people progress spiritually along their path. My focus is on love. not any organised religion. However, some aspects may overlap on occasion."
Alice: "How does a command-based meditation differ from a normal guided meditation?"
Richard: "I first experienced the power of command-based meditations when I was learning about the New Russian Knowledge. The body responds to a command-based meditation instantly but only when you have 100% belief and intent. We are all carrying destructive programs within us. All these negative programs can be replaced with more positive programs through the command-based meditations. You also need good skills in concentration and visualisation to do these meditations effectively. Throughout the meditation you can feel what is happening and you can see what is happening with your third eye vision. The work is done on the body itself using mental technologies, specific tools, and colours. It is a whole new level of healing. Whereas a normal guided meditation is done mostly for relaxation purposes."
Alice: "What is one of the biggest misconceptions in New Age Spirituality that you have witnessed?"
Richard: "The biggest misconception in New Age Spirituality that I have seen is people thinking they are spiritual and yet they have forsaken God. Denying God's existence means you are denying a part of yourself because a particle of God is in every human. Some New Agers have even taken the word 'God' out of their vocabulary. I am actually in the process of writing a book which explains all of this further."
Alice: "Do you have a catch phrase?"
Richard: "Yes, I do. It's meditate, don't medicate. And by that I mean take the time to meditate every day to cleanse yourself, process your feelings, connect to your soul, heal yourself etc. More and more, people are medicating themselves with drugs or food because they don't know how to deal with their emotions or break those vicious cycles. "
Alice: "Excellent. Thanks for your time today."
Richard: "Thank you."
