Jam packed with fun for the whole family
Sidetracked, bowling, mini golf, oakleigh
A place for the whole family to enjoy

Sidetracked is a fast-paced enjoyable venue for the whole family to enjoy on the weekend or school holidays. Featuring mini bowling, mini golf, laser tag, gokarts, arcade games and dodgem cars. It is the ideal place to either host your next child's birthday party, visit on the weekend or on the school holidays.

There is so many fun things to do at this centre but you do need to be aware of age restrictions for some activities. For the dodgem cars, all riders must be 7 years or older to ride in them. The electric go-karts are for kids aged 6-9 years and the rookie go-carts are for children aged ten and over.

A few years ago, my brother celebrated his 12th birthday at this venue. It was a jam-packed night. My favourite was the laser tag as we challenged my brother's friends - it was an experience like no other and the party host actually joined in and helped us out.

The go-karting was a lot of fun. We had to race around the track either singularly or with a partner. I chose to race my uncle in the same car. All the kids enjoyed it and my brother had an awesome time.

If you are looking at keeping the costs low but still want the family to have a good time, try out the centre mini golf and ten pin bowling alley. For just $6.90 per child and $7.90 for per adult, you will get a round of the spooky mini golf. This course does have some creepy characters around such as skeletons, so kids who are sensitive to that sort of thing may not enjoy it.

If you're more interested in bowling, for just $38.50, the family can enjoy one round which is a pretty decent price. The ball and the pins and super small which is cute and the alley is located away from all the hustle and bustle of the other activities, which makes it pleasant.

If you'd like to spend a couple of hours here and really treat the kids, they do offer special packages tailored to what you want to do.
All of these can be found on their website, so you can decide what it best and affordable for your family.

The arcade section is huge and offers a lot of fun games for kids to play for tokens which they can then exchange for prizes at the end of the night. Make sure you bring a lot of gold coins if you plan on letting the kids run riot in this fantastic arcade section.

Mini golf, fun, school holidays
Who doesn't enjoy mini golf?

Sidetracked can be visited any time of the year, except for Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year's Day. Otherwise Monday to Thursday they are open 10:30am to 9pm.
Friday and Saturday nights 10:30am-11pm
Sunday's 10:30am-7pm

They even offer big group and school holiday bookings, as well as adult party packages - it's not just the kids who get to have all the fun!

Over the years, we have visited Sidetracked many times, even though it is a little out of the way for us, we all agree that it is one of the best venues around for fun.

Game machine, tickets, tokens, games
Wow, how lucky!

I would recommend this place to families who like to do fun things all together.
