When I first moved to Mars, PA, Siba Tuscan Grill & Wine Bar was one of the first places I ate it and it became a tradition to eat their at least 2 times a week.

Siba Tuscan Grill & Wine Bar on the outside looks like something from Tuscany with its terracotta building, wooden pergolas and terracotta brick walkway you really feel like you are walking in Italy.

The inside of Siba Tuscan Grill & Wine Bar is the same way, very authentic, clean, comfortable and yet a little uptown for some people's taste. When entering the restaurant you will also notice a huge fire pit in the middle of the seating area at the front. Really nice when it starts to get a little cooler outside and the ambiance from the fire definitely adds to the atmosphere.

As far as I know, this is the only Siba Tuscan Grill & Wine Bar in the area or anywhere else for that matter.

When I first came here the first 50 times I ordered the same thing; lamb lollipops with their signature salad. The lamb came with mashed potato's and a fried assortment of leeks and other veggies. It also came with a side of grilled asparagus. Every single time it came with 8 lollipops, cooked to order with a delicious demi glace sauce similar to Mediterrano Greek Cuisine and every single time it was perfection.

Then, the last few times I went the lollipops only had 6 (for the same price) and were so spicy it made me sick. I often had to ask for the demi glace to be put on the side because of this fact alone.

Now I see that the lollipops are not even available on the menu along with another favorite of mine - the Ravioli stuffed with mushrooms. Its a shame when you love a place like this and they change the menu so drastically.

I don't go here now, but not because of the food, it's simply too far away from Wexford. If given the choice though, I would still come here for the food because it always was delicious even though there were a few let downs.

Siba Tuscan Grill & Wine Bar is always clean and the service is always Grade A . Be sure to also check out the dessert menu. They have a carrot cake that is to die for and it's huge, you could most likely share this with one or two other people.
