The Wild West comes to Brisbane's Western Suburbs

Act Now Performance Group is presenting an hilarious western spoof for all ages at the Chelmer Community Theatre to assist harried carers entertain their small charges in the holiday period. Many years as a school teacher provides the experience that co-writer and co-director, Glenda Hogg, needs to know what makes children tick and what amuses them.

Local bad guy Blackhead and his gang are on the rampage and are hell bent on taking over River City. Sheriff Scaredy Cat isn't capable of saving the day, in fact, he's planning on leaving this one-horse town. There is an urgent need for a new sheriff, but who?

Contenders are Wild Bill Hiccup, Wyatt Twerp and the Three Amigos, but they may not hold the answer to River City's problems. The town looks to other alternatives. How about a well-sung song or a good dance?

This energetic performance is presented by children for children. Avoid the post-Easter sugar hype letdown and book tickets now. There will be three performances only. Don't miss out.
