Having your own kitchen garden is a great way to supply yourself with fresh fruits and vegetables. The Starting a Kitchen Garden workshop held on Sunday 11 April 2021 at the Little Sprouts Kitchen Garden in Adelaide Botanic Gardens is ideal for those who are eager to start one but don't know how to begin. A second session will be held on Sunday 26 September 2021 for those who are unable to make it to the first one.

This is a practical and hands-on workshop. You will learn about the benefits of a kitchen garden, what you can grow in it and when to grow the plants. The layout of the garden, planting and propagating the garden and how to ensure the garden remains healthy will also be covered during the workshop.
