When I grow up I want to be old and cynical, I think I'm growing up quickly.

Easy day trip to Shoreham
The Peninsula link has opened up and allowed easier access to so many of the Mornington Peninsula's great beaches.
A little creek runs into Shoreham Beach
One worth exploring is Shoreham beach. Between Point Leo and Flinders, Shoreham Beach has a pine lined cliff top with an unusual car park that allows you to park on a dirt / sand car park that is 20 metres from the water and overlooking the bay across to Phillip Island.
Picnic grass, sand and natural surrounds make this an experience that is well worth the one hour trip from Melbourne for the whole family.
Swim, dig, explore the rocks, walk around the point or across the creek inlet, this surely is one of the most picturesque locations on the Westernport side of the Peninsula.
