This weekend I was fortunate to visit the at the Shorehaven beach estate. What a gorgeous haven to sit and soak up the view. I loved the deck chairs and easy feel of the cafe and the food looked delicious. We were served with a simple coffee which came with a very nice treat of fresh biscotti biscuit! The staff were very professional and a fellow customer informed us "the pork belly was to die for."

The whole area is great for families with a large grassy area for children to play safely while parents and carers watch on and a play frame for the more adventurous. This led us nicely on the beach which fronts the view of the sunken wreck of the Alkimos.

There are so many places to sit, with stylised day beds, seating with tables for those using the bbqs provided a well thought out area indeed. Standing on the beach and using the lookouts you can see for miles and I am looking forward to finding out if you can walk from here to Jindalee beach?

In time this cafe may add a pizza oven and verandah and with the existing seating inside and out will give many people a wonderful dining experience, a place to sit and relax and take time to enjoy the view. Looking forward to spending more time here with family and friends.
