Sandra V at Shop2/1543 Burwood Highway, Tecoma offers rockabilly, vintage and retro clothing for the whole family. This is a delightful little shop that transports you back to the 1950s. Bowling shirts,two-tone shoes, wiggle skirts, you name it, they've got it. The shop caters for women, men and children and you can also buy online.
Personally though, I'd hop in the car and go for a drive up into the hills. =SandraV is open on Saturdays from 10-4pm for those who can't get away during the week.
Five minutes down the road in Belgrave you will find Limerence which is my favourite. Australian made clothing, jewellery and a gallery showcasing local artists. The clothes are beautifully crafted garments using recycled materials with wonderful quirky twists. They are unique but extremely wearable.
My descriptive powers are failing me but check them out on their website to really appreciate what they are about.
Fortunately, they are also open on Saturdays. 10-5pm.
