Trading hours may vary from store to store, but on average, most Sydney businesses in The Rocks will be open from 9am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday during the week, with the exception of late night shopping on Thursdays until 9pm. Weekends you will find businesses open for shopping on Saturdays from 9am to 5pm and Sundays from 10am to 4pm.

All businesses in Australia are required by law to display the full retail price of an item for sale, so the price tag will include the 10% GST. Parking is available in the City or at the Opera House during the day – you may even find parking in The Rocks if you arrive earlier in the morning.
