Event: -
I cook with wine, sometimes I even add it to the food

Every year over the June long weekend wineries around the Shoalhaven area get together with the support of Shoalhaven Council and Destination NSW to host a winter wine festival, this year (2013) is the the 10th Anniversary of the festival and is shaping up to be the best one yet.

The Festival attracts visitors from far and wide but also has a strong following from local residents.

Over three days visitors will be treated to a program featuring fine wine and fabulous food. Twelve cellar doors will host various events from wine and cheese tastings, dinners, vineyard tours, winery talks, themed lunches, produce and market stalls, and to top it off live entertainment will be offered in the vineyards.

Attendees purchase a festival glass for $8 at the first winery visited which is the ticket to enjoy wine tastings at 12 wineries from Gerringong in the North to Bawley Point in the South and West to Kangaroo Valley.

A Hop-on Hop-off Bus service will be operating over the three days, a one day pass is $45.00 or purchase a two day ticket at the discounted price of $65.00 per person. Tickets can be purchased from stuarts coaches online.
